Anne Seydoux-Christe, lic. en droit (President), was a member of the city parliament of Delémont and the parliament of the canton of Jura before representing the canton of Jura as a member of the Council of States from 2007 to 2019. As a lawyer, she chaired the Committee of Control and the Committee for Legal Affairs in the Council of States and was a member of other committees.

Georges Champoud (vice-president) was employed for many years by Swiss Post, working his way up from postal employee to a management position, and in his final years with the company was chief of staff of the group executive board in Bern. He then went on to be CEO of the private postal services provider DPD.

Valérie Défago, Dr. iur. (member) is a full professor and administrative law Chair at the Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel, where she teaches administrative law and spatial development law. Qualifying as an attorney-at-law in 1998, law doctorate at the University of Geneva in 2005, she has worked from 2005 to 2015 as a lawyer.

Dr. Robert F. Göx, (member) is professor (ordinarius), holding a chair of Managerial Accounting at the University of Zurich. Previously, he held the chair for Accounting and Controlling at the University of Fribourg, where he was also vice president of the senate. He is active on a range of international committees and works as an expert advisor.  

Micol Morganti Perucchi, lic.iur. (member) is a lawyer working for a law firm in Lugano. She specialises in administrative law. Previously she was a clerk of court at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Ticino.

Clemens Poltera (member) holds qualifications from the Federal Audit Oversight Authority as a certified public accountant and licensed auditor. He has considerable experience in his field and headed internal revision at the Graubünden cantonal bank until June 2012.

Patrick Salamin, lic. Sciences Politiques, Geneva and lic. oec. HSG, St. Gallen (member), worked for Swiss Post from 2003 until July 2013. From 2007 to July 2013 he was a member of the Executive Board and Head of the Post Offices and Sales Division. Today he is a management consultant and member of the Board of Directors.
