Anne Seydoux-Christe, law degree (President), was a member of the city parliament of Delémont and the parliament of the canton of Jura before representing the canton of Jura as a member of the Council of States from 2007 to 2019. As a lawyer, she chaired the Committee of Control and the Committee for Legal Affairs in the Council of States and was a member of other committees.

Patrick Salamin, lic. Sciences Politiques, Geneva and lic. oec. HSG, St. Gallen (vice-president), worked for Swiss Post from 2003 until July 2013. From 2007 to July 2013 he was a member of the Executive Board and Head of the Post Offices and Sales Division. Today he is a management consultant and member of the Board of Directors.

Valérie Défago, Dr. iur. (member) is a full professor and administrative law Chair at the Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel, where she teaches administrative law and spatial development law. Qualifying as an attorney-at-law in 1998, law doctorate at the University of Geneva in 2005, she has worked from 2005 to 2015 as a lawyer.

Dr. Robert F. Göx, (member) is professor (ordinarius), holding a chair of Managerial Accounting at the University of Zurich. Previously, he held the chair for Accounting and Controlling at the University of Fribourg, where he was also vice president of the senate. He is active on a range of international committees and works as an expert advisor.  

Patrick Kessler (member) graduated from the School of Business and Administration (HWV) with an Executive MBA from the University of St Gallen. From 2020 to 2023, he was Managing Director of in Bern. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2020, he was Managing Director and President of the Swiss Mail Order Association (VSV) for over twelve years.

Micol Morganti Perucchi, lic.iur. (member) is a lawyer working for a law firm in Lugano. She specialises in administrative law. Previously she was a clerk of court at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Ticino.

Ivan Progin (member) is a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling. He was previously responsible for accounting and debt collection at the Finance Department of the Canton of Fribourg. In the course of his career, he has also worked as a lecturer in finance and accounting at the Fribourg School of Business. He is a member of the Examination Commission for Advanced Examinations in Accounting and Controlling, the Board of the Association for Accounting, Controlling and Financial Reporting ( and the Board of the Chambre des experts en finance et controlling (SWISCO - section romande).
