Specialist secretariat
PostCom’s specialist secretariat puts forward proposals to the commission and implements its decisions. It deals directly with the authorities and all other stakeholders.
Dr. Michel Noguet heads the secretariat, a team of eight working in the fields of legal affairs, economics, administration and communication.
